under hood wiring question

Where can I find a wiring diagram for my 84? I have a HUGE mess to figure out after changing the frame & now the engine. Also, would it be a stupid idea to get rid of the fusable links on my starter?

YES, can you say fire. Once I was replacing a fusible link on a dodge truck and an old timer told me to put in the wrong size link. I didn’t even think to check on it since he had been there for longer then I was old. Long story short, the truck caught fire on the test drive. Lucky it went out by itself before it was a pile of ash. It turned a short little job into muck more. Plus the owner was pissed. SO, DON'T DO IT.

[hotrodhomi] The reason I ask is all of the older vehicles Ive built didnt have fusible links. The ones on my truck are in pretty bad condition so I guess Ill just replace them. Thanks for the help...

[leastbay] I was actually looking for help here, just like you were doing the other day when you didnt know how to remove your shackles...
