Question Need some help again

now that i have finish with installing the head gaskets, first i want to thank everyone with the information they provided. Now that i have fix it and the truck is running a good, im having problems with the exhaust smelling preatty bad, I have been told that its my Fuel injection that is not burning the gas correctly, can someone tell me what i can do to fix this problem. Can it be that maybe the truck is a little out of timing and thats why its not burning the gas correctly. please let me know.
