Testing a Kickdown
Ok this is a little far fetched but then again so is my tranny issues
What I am trying to do is totally isolate my electrical system. Here is the plan. Get a car battery and put it in the pass floorboard. Run a wire from the + termal to the switch, run a wire from the switch to the kickdown switch on the tranny. Go down the street and hit the button and release to see if it lets go or not. Now what about the ground? Where do I ground it? Do I need to? I know that this sounds a little crazy but at this point I am willing to give it a shot. Thanks
