My Truck
Well, I have been on here for a while, but hadn't been able to post pics of my truck, because I didn't have a camera. Luckily, a friend of mine let me use his camera for a while,... and well here is my truck.

What color is that? When did you find out that there is another low84? Maby you could go by "Lowered84" or something. But like AirMail said "Could get confused". Both with the same name. (even with a space)

Re: My Truck
Thanks for the compliments guys really mean alot to me. Anyways I have another pic put it makes the truck look FUGLY! I do have a sound clip video, though is there anyway to post it up? Sorry I took so long to get back on the boards but I've been of to college, and busy saving up money. Now that I do have a few money saved up which I was going to use to bag, Penny ( My truck's name) A factory '79 2wd blazer pops out and I want to get it. This is a big problem I have because I am constantly buying projects instead of fixing them. What should I do?

Re: My Truck
Wow this thread took me back! It's been three years since I posted this and the truck has been parked almost as long. Blew the engine, and my lowrider has been sucking up every last dime I have.
Photoshop of what it might look like if I ever bring it back: The blazer looks A LOT better in pics than it did in real life. Guy said he had just painted it, which sent red flags everywhere for me. Sure enough, I scrape the inside of the rear quarter panels and get a hand full of rust. Checked the door jamb areas and it was all bondo. Bad thing is I just got beat to a REALLY solid one a month ago for $800

Re: My Truck
Guess it's a little late, but meh. Thanks everyone for the comments. The truck is an '84 with an 85 grille. 'Burban bumpers all around, interior has a stock look to it but was reupholstered a chocolate brown to tie in better with the truck. Originally a 305, swapped in a 350 off an '85 the one that gave out. 15x10 Centerline Coronas. Drop consists of all but three leaf springs removed out back, and springs cut up front. Gorgeous truck when I got it (not tooting my own horn) but unfortunately (I'm assuming) somebody slipped up during paint prep and touched the bare metal, didn't clean it, and sprayed over it. Causing the truck to rust pretty bad where the doors meet the cab.
Had this in store for it, before I lost interest and realized the cost involved in installing it:
