Repo parts issues
Have any of you guys used repo window regulators and had problems. I spent some time putting my door all back together tonite, The new reg's i bought a couple of years ago looke dgreat , but I installed it and it goes about 1.5 turns and locks. I f i bump handle fairly hard it will go further only to stop again..If i pull up on glass it hangs but not as bad. Teach me to buy stuff early and lose paperwork. Just curious if other had issues... soory for the rant

Is the channel the glass rides in in good shape? The felt in mine would bunch up and I couldn't raise it for nothing.

I re-used mine. Was a pain for a re-build.... Had to go over to Cessna to borrow a rivet gun for the rollers. Rollers are in the track in front and back? Rollers turn smoothly? Vent window frame installed correctly? Try loosening all the attaching hardware and then cranking it up, maybe an adjustment issue?
Good luck.

I recently had issues with a Repo Blazer gas tank. Filler neck aims directly at the body mount. Nice engineering. not.
