Perma Cool pack electric fans

Anyone using the Perma cool pack fans for 81-87 trucks. I'd love to hear some feedback. I know their like $599 but just want to hear if they are worth it?

NOPE! I am presently running the SPAL dual 11" electric fans on my truck and a Be Cool radiator. I don't have an overheating problem with the air flow from these beasts. The thing to look for is the amount of air that the fans move in SCFM and then see how the manufacturer tested them. Example: static test or dynamic test--- The static test is the fans are running in an open space and the air is measured as it passes through (no resistance on the back side of the fan) Dynamic would be more like your engine compartment---full of obsitcles and other things ( resistance on the back side of the fans) The SPAL units move 2800SCFM on a dynammic test.

I'm not using the Kool pack, but I do have (2) 14" Perma cools. Under $200. No overheating with those suckers. They'll hold a book up against the grill when they are on.
