New Hoosier

Hello all, I have made a few posts here but had yet to properly introduce myself. I am a 24 year old law student and this is my first classic truck to work on (although I did have an 81 camaro at 16, but that was only for 3 weeks ) I bought a 72 chevy short bed about a month ago on eBay of all places. I have had to do a couple tings to it so far but overall it is in great shape. I also plan on starting a blog on it here pretty soon. So onto the specs and pics.

Engine is a 350 small block with 327 heads and 202/106 valves, an edelbrock performer intake, Holley 4bbl carb (soon to be edelbrock), steel crankshaft and rods with flathead pistons, a comp cam and has been bored .030 over. It has a TH 350 transmission with a shift kit and a B&M floorshifter connected to 4.11 gears. It has a new seat and carpet, CD player, a 3 year old paint job and an aftermarket tach. PS but manual brakes with centerline wheels. It is a Georgia truck so the rust is very minimal. And needless to say it will flat get it and I have big plans for it in the future but it can be driven anywhere now as it sits (I drove it from Georgia to So. Indiana straight through 9 hours).

Pics:

BTW, the bad purple tint job and stickers on the back have all been removed if you noticed those.

Welcome

Nice to have you with us, I'm new also, former Hoosier (Boilermaker ahem) now in the land of better shape trucks. Still not rust free around here though.
