Engine ?? Need help today...
I've got a 327 that came out of a 67 C-10 - a few months ago. I'm putting it in another 67 to replace a 6 cyl. On the 327 there is what looks to be a water line coming from the back of the engine, behind the distributer. Where does this go to?
There are 2 water lines coming from the front (water pump and intake) I'm guessing that the water pump line goes to the heater core. And that the intake line 'T's into the one from the back of the motor and goes into the heater core. If so, is it just a 'T' or is there a valve that goes there? Any other tips appreciated. Thanks! Greg

I'm with snow man on this one. Sounds like a road draft tube.

are you talking about the copper line that's coming off the block, it's a 1/8 tube. Thats your oil pressure line. You would have some real fun if you pipe that to your cooling system
