350T to 700R advise (good Idea?)

I see Frank Zeller started a Thread about the PRNDL2 for his conversion to a 700R.
I have been talking to a company in Louisianna about one they call the Raptor.
But Can you guys tell me what all is involved with the conversion and what the check list would consist of.

That thread had a great link to transmission centers that explained the whole process, I have this done in the next two week...
