Have any of you guys ever ordered dash pads, etc. from this company? Their prices seem to a little bit cheaper than LMC.

Re: Acme Truck Parts

Whenever I hear a company named Acme all I can think of is the Road Runner Cartoons where Wile E. Coyote gets all his gadets....

I'll have to look at this website to see if they have the rocket powered rollerskates I've wanted since I was a kid......

Sorry for the hijack..

Re: Acme Truck Parts

It is a Dashes Direct piece. I have them for the same price + $20 shipping

A high quality reproduction dash pad
This is VERY misleading. It is a replacement piece. Don't let it fool you into thinking it is a restoration piece. Check the post I listed for Dashes Direct. They come in limited colors for the 81-91 also.

Ok then I didn't know. I still bet the look and fit alot better than say my terribly cracked dash I have now. I could possibly be in the market for one in the future.

Don't get me wrong. They look fine for a replacement. The do take some fitting to make the look ok, but don't think you are just going to drop it in and go. I can sent you some pictures if you PM me you email addy.

The covers look alot more factory though.

I think of the same thing.

If you can't find the rocket-powered rollerskates on their website, check the Complete Illustrated Catalog of ACME Products. They got everything. I'm ordering 'something' from them and stuffing it under my hood. Oh, I was rollin' when I read Wily E's lawsuit against ACME.
