New tach now fuel guage problem

I installed a tach cluster from a '80 blazer into my '84 SWB. Now the gas gauge won't work. The old gauge was the big one next to speedo. Now it is a little one. I still have the daul tanks. Any suggestion on how to fix problem.
Thanks

Re: New tach now fuel guage problem

You may need to repin the connector that plugs into the cluster to get it to work with the tach cluster. That was the case with my 77.
