Firewall Question
Hey guys,
I removed the computer wiring harness from my truck and was wondering what people have used to cover the hole left in the firewall. I'm not ready to do any body work yet, but want to cover up the hole in the meantime. Any suggestions. Thanks, Brian |

Re: Firewall Question
You could probably cut out and paint a oversize piece out of 16 gauge sheet or so and use adhesive to bond it to the firewall. 3M sells some body panel adhesive. But, you may have trouble undoing it in the future. If you wanted to get fancy, you could go with some plate aluminum.

Re: Firewall Question
I found a rubber plug that fit into the big rubber grommet that was already in the firewall. It smoothed out really nice and now I ahve an access point for a fuel injection setyp, if I decide to go that way.
