Except for those guages (they just don't look right in that truck to me) I love what he did. It is clean and understated.

I like the dash, smaller gauges would look better to me.

I agree, those gauges look really tacky - I bet when you're driving they're difficult to see because of the downward tilt.

That truck was built by and for Todd a forum member here. It may not be exactly to your liking but it is a very well built truck.

Re: 1974 C10 on Body Coddington's site
Two things i dont like that jumped out at me right away the insturments and that hidious red & black plaid interoir material.
And i think i would of left the window switches on the door panels instead of mounting them on the rear of the shifter housing. It looks like it would be a little aukward to have to reach over that far to put the window up & down. Other than that it looks like a very nice truck. Saw this thing at SEMA '04...was in love with it....I had completely forgotten that it was a Boyd truck.

Re: 1974 C10 on Body Coddington's site
If you don't like those guages, you won't like what Convan's is offering for these trucks. Unless he changed it, his dash is factory.

Nice work for sure. Mexico trucks had wood in the fleet sides right? Even chains for the tailgate. I really like the clean overall look.

Re: 1974 C10 on Body Coddington's site
I don't mind the gauges, I think they look pretty sweet. I like the carbon fiber dash bezel, but they need to make a carbon fiber insert for the dash. Maybe they do? I haven't seen one................
