60's radiator
Help!! I noticed my radiator on my 60 was leaking. I took it out and droped it off at the Radiator shop. I just got a call that it is not repairable, and will need to be re cored. ( $299.00)
My 60 has a 250 L6 in it, and the radiator bolts to the radiator suport, it dosn't rest on any "u" brakets. I noticed in an older post that some one used a Summit radiator, but had to modify the lower and uper brackets, mine as mentioned dose not have any brackets, but is bolted on with 4 bolts. What radiator can I use? I dont want to have to spend 300.00 and find out that some thing else would fit. So what are you 60-62 owners using ? thanks Sal |
