removing glass

old glass gonna come out soon... any advice/tips before we attempt to remove. windshiled is main concern. thanks in advance

depends on if you want to save the glass and or rubber.

I had a glass company do mine becuase I wanted to save th enew glass.

I have in he past removed the lock bead and cut the rubber around the window and removed the glass that way.

dont wanna save any old stuff... just dont wanna break and have to clean up. thats what i had planned to do. thanks

Take a utility knife to the rubber on the front and rear glass. The window glass is held in the channel with rubber that expands with oil. Soak it with oil, and you will be able to pull the glass out before the rubber swells.
