Emblem Help
Can anyone please identify what emblem belongs below the Custom/20 emblem in front of the door on each side. The truck is a 72 3/4 ton Custom Camper that my wife had before we met. I am just now thinking of trying to fix it up some and the holes have always been there below the existing Custom/20 emblem.
The original owner converted the truck to 4WD before my wife bought it back in 1986. Any help would be appreciated. |

I have to say that it probably was a DELUXE emblem.

Beside the Deluxe emblem, about the only other emblem would be the "8-350" emblem (assuming it's a 350).

Actually, the engine size badge goes under the fromt maorker like seen on his truck.
In 69/70 they were under the C/10 badge, but not that high. |

Yeah it would not be an engine size emblem cause in 71 and 72 they were on the front of the fender as seen in the pic it has to be a deluxe emblem.

What about the "4 Wheel Drive" emblem: on my '69, it's under the marker light.

It may have been a metal dealers name tag back in the day before they started useing stickers. The GMC dealer I worked for in 1974 put the metal tags under the emblem on trucks. Lyman.
