Thumbs up newbie from Camp Pendleton

Hello gents finally got authorization to post comments! took long enough, but i have been roaming around the site the last couple days GREAT SITE lots of knowledgable people, and very nice rides, so yesterday i looked at rock-a-billy's post and about sh** my pants!!! I also have a flat black 63 chevy fleetside thats roll'n on white walls and red rims, although mine is a shortbed our trucks look like they could be twins. I'm going with a cadillac theme i just bolted in some eldorado white leather seat, i'm frenching some slim 89-92 cadi tail lights and trying to find a cadi 472 or maybe a 500 c.i. here are some pics!!!......... dueses by the way the pics were taken before i got the white walls and painted the rims red

Re: newbie from Camp Pendleton

Thank you for all the warm welcomes, yes thats right ther are no "ex- marines" only former Marines (once a Marine always a Marine). I will keep posting pics of the truck as my old lady continues to let me dump what little money we have into it. my wife has a jeep rubicon were trying to get trail ready and I have a 2005 tj i'm slowly building to be a rock basher! so I have alot of projects to throw my money at...... but as we all know its a slow process!!!! Semper Fi!

Re: newbie from Camp Pendleton

Welcome and cool start to your truck. Funny, I have a '64 that I need to get started on and just finished the lift on my '00 Jeep Cherokee. Sounds like we have old trucks and offroading and Jeeps in common. Also, I'm down in San Diego. Small world.
