power steering question
i have a 69 chevy c10 i am wanting to add powersteering to my truck what would i need to do this to switch mine over

many companies sell complete p/s kits usually around 7-8 hundred bucks, or, if you wanted to aquire all the parts seperatly you need... new gear box, p/s pump, mounting brackets for pump, new pitman arm, hoses, and a new rag joint. you can pull a lot of this stuff off of donor trucks, I think they are all the same on 71-87 trucks but i am really not positive.

I got everything for mine off a '75. The only thing I had to do was notch the bumper bracket a little to clear the end of the gear box (15 minutes with a grinder). Not all 69's will need to be notched, but you will know when you look at it.
