Front door hinge

I have a 1987 suburban that I am trying to bring back to presentable look. My drivers side door looks like it is sagging down hence the lines don't match when the doors are close, trying to get it ready for paint but I want to make the body is ready for it. How do I access door hinge mounting bolts to adjust it? I look hard at it and only came up with taking fender off to access them. Please somene tell me there is another way. Thank You
