Re: 292 emblems
I like those emblems!!!! Quick question???? Have you ever seen any 250 emblems original or aftermarket before that look like those 292 emblems.

Re: 292 emblems
The 250 was the standard engine for a 6 cylinder (CS) model. The badges are for optional motors. The 307 was the standard engine for an 8 cylinder (CE) model,no 307 badges, either.

Re: 292 emblems
Special-K,,,,,,,,,,,,, Thanks for that info. I never knew that, always noticed the 307 equipped trucks never had badges,,, but then it never hit me it was the stock installed engine.
Maybe the (TRI-PRO Automotive) a site vendor could probably make a aftermarket badge that looks like the stock 8 cyl 350 badge that would mount under the front fender side markers which have (6 cyl 250) THAT WOULD BE COOL!!!!! THANKS.......

Re: 292 emblems
I agree. There are custom bades for the new crate motors that never came in these trucks available, now.Novas had a 250 emblem, but different style.I bought Camaro 350 numbers to be different, but never used them, yet.I figured on putting them on a cowl hood. There are 307 emblems from Novas/Chevelles,too.Cars had a 6 as standard and all V8s were optioned with all cars been one series,6 or 8.

Re: 292 emblems
I asked (TRI-PRO Automotive) about possibly attempting to make a badge emblem. Jon replied and said they have never made a badge but would check into it. I asked if he would make it to look like the original (8cyl 350) emblem which is on the front fender under the side marker,,, but would have (6cyl 250).
Hope he can design and put it into production.
