gas stains on paint

My gas cap leaked gas along the side of my truck,leaving a yellowish stain does anyone know how to remove this? thanks

I would try some rubbing compound.

Obviously soap and water, and then try some Meiguires body scrub. It's not nearly as harsh as rubbing compound.
