Did I get the wrong boot?
I was trying to get the shifter boot for the transfer case shifter 4x4. Here is a picture. Is this correct? To me it looks like a 4 speed shifter boot? IT's new but I can't return it. I guess I could still use it if it is the wrong one...

Just looked in my truck which is 4X4 and 4spd and that looks more like the 4spd boot.......transfer boot is smaller and a longer flat on the side.....thats just how it looks from your pic.....just checked again and the transfer case boot should only have 4 screw holes......4spd shifter has 6.....

Thats what I was thinking. The one for the transfer case should be longer not so much round. It's new but didn't cost me much. I got it with a package deal. I have an auto trans. I could use it untill I get the correct one. This one has never been used.
