Air Suspension Solenoid location suggestions.

I'm wanting some ideas on where others have mounted their solenoids. On my 84 GMC I have the tank compressor and solenoids on the frame under the cab. I want to the tank and compressor on the frame but I was thinking of putting the solenoids under the hood. I'm using AirRide Tech, Big Red valves, the smaller 2 way block. I'm not removing the inner fenders so I have some options there.

If I put the solenoids under the hood can I mount them near the battery or on the battery tray. How sensitive to heat are the valves? I want to put the solenoids somewhere that I can get to them if I have a problem again.

Off the subject, but I love the avatar / tag ... I am also sporting the Barber tags on my daily driver.

Athens, AL here.

Thanks. Ignore the Lick Skillet thing its a joke. I'm in Hazel Green. If I had it my way I would have Barbers tag on all of my trucks. I've been to the museum and track 4 times and I think I'm going to the vintage bike races in October. I dont ride a bike but I love all things mechanical.
