Thank's for the great comments i cleaned it by spraying it with a product called white lighting by car brite this product you have to go to a dealership or a detail shop to buy i had a bottle of it for about 10 years now so i don't know what it is called now but if you ask them and tell them that it cleans crome great they might be able to get it for you. After you spray it on just use some still wool and rinse with water (just don't spray it on aluminum or painted surfaces or stainless steel this stuff is strong will just etch it away) here are some before pic's
