Z'd frame/steering box
So my buddie and i are getting ready to Z his frame 3 1/2", and i was wondering what you guys have done about the steering box and radiator, looks like the steering box is going to interfere with the radiator tank. any pics of help is very appreciated!!!

i had to notch the radiator support i forgot how much but just a little and it will fit

ya i figured that.....which isn't a big deal at all.....but look'n at some pics of other peoples rides, looks like the gear box is further back, or smaller.....i figure we'll have to change the radiator too.....sux....it's a brand new 4 core.....

I had no problem with the steering box but I only Zd 3". I did have a problem with my 4 core radiator so I used a 2 core out of a 79. It hit the lower part of the radiator where the hose goes on.

so the radiator you got out of the 79' hit, or your old radiator hit? we z'd the front frame horns this last weekend, and the outlet on our rad hits.....so we're in the mists of look'n for a new one......
