Someone stole my radiator!!!!!!!!
So today in broad daylight, someone stole the radiator right out of my truck. Here my engine is almost done and this **** happens. WTF is wrong with people these days? This sucks so bad. So short of spending 400 bucks on a new radiator, what aftermarket replacement rad if any, will fit into a 66? Just when things start to look good,BLAM!
Thanks guys |

Re: Someone stole my f-ing radiator!!!!!!!!
Damn, man, that is bad luck! You are right, people don't respect others property any more. Hope you can find a replacement.

Re: Someone stole my radiator!!!!!!!!
sucks balls man! That's the same rad I have though, fits perfect in the bottom mounts, and you just have to get some L shaped brakets or soemthing for the uppers. The top of the rad sits flush with the sheetmetal... its perfect.

Re: Someone stole my radiator!!!!!!!!
I had the same crap happen to me almost! I took the old rad out, thank god it was bad. But either way it was stolen from me too! The Karma did catch up to those guys, they stole 2 other radiators from a local junkyard and tried turning all of them in. They got snagged for trying to turn in 3 copper radiators. I don't know what is wrong with people today. My new truck has a rifle holder going across the back window, I'm tempted to use it for what it was meant to be!

Re: Someone stole my radiator!!!!!!!!
Must be the same guys that made off with this stuff from my shop...I never did see any of it surface at the local swap meets or on craigs list or eBay. They made off with all of this stuff and many other parts from my collection of 4-5-6 Chevy Trucks at my shop.
I feel for you and hopefully you are able to nab the dirty rats who snagged your radiator. Let me know if I can help. |

I was looking at this one myself, the only thing is I don't need the tranny cooler since my truck is standard and he doesn't offer any without the cooler???
