VIN tag - what is this?
I dug tihe old paint off the stainless VIN tag yesterday and found some strange info I've not seen before:
 Anyone know anything about the BID line? The kick panel tag has SPC on the paint location, so it was apparently a Special build. Color appears to be Light Blue TIA Dan
