My understanding is that its a bolt in. I have been into the 67-72s, so I cant help with the details, other than there is a little adapting work to install the power steering. http://www.classicperform.com/power6066.htm

disc brakes

Hi, I just changed out the spindles from a 72 into my 63. I changed the top and bottom ball joints to a 72. I used a one size smaller cotter key in the outter ball joint. do a search on the board. I found alot of information about it but I had already finished the front end. The brakes work great. I also added a 1969 1 ton 2wd power booster and master cylnder. If any questions email me and I will see if I can help.
