Question Power Windows - Motor Removal???

So, has anyone ever remove the motor from their power windows? It looks kinda tricky, and my Haynes manual is totally quiet on this topic. I removed the interior door panels, but can't see how the motor assembly comes out.

Can anyone help???

theres 4 bolts holding the regulator assembly to the door.. you remove those and you can remove the regulator from the window track (the rollers) with a little finesse, then you tape the window up and the whole assembly will come out the square hole in the door. its a real PITA but it can be done. after the first time it goes pretty easy. cussing & bandaids (sharp sheetmetal corners) are required. I know thats not the more thorough explanation but it should get you started...

for me the hardest part is getting the PW/PL plugs unplugged and plugged back in when im done
