I6 and pg

is anyone running an inline 6 and a powerglide in there truck? if so what gears and hows your fuel mileage

i get about twelve mpg with mine. i run a 292 with a powerglide. granted if you had a 250 you would get a bit better milage, the auto transmission really does eat up alot of the gas tho, much more than if you had a standard, but man i LOVE my powerglide, its the best for around town cruising, which also explains my gas milage.......

I have a 230 with a pg, what little I have driven it, it seems to do good on gas. I belive I am 3:07 in the rear end.

thanx guys im going to be running a 250/pg in my 57 with a chevelle rear with 3:08's
