CPP tubular control arms. Who's got them?
I purchased a set of tubular upper arms for my 2wd blazer to help with the alignment after I lowered it a little more. The instructions said they added 5 degrees of caster. Are they actually any longer to help with the camber setting? On a side note,...(trying not to rant) These are a super nice product,... but next time I will go with Air Ride Technologies upper arms. I had a problem getting them shipped out when they said they would. Then it turned into a customer service issue with CPP. I'm done buying from them. (ok,... small rant). They look like they measure the same length. Here's a pic

I had them, but they would not work with the dropmember, so I sold them. I also had issues with their Customer Service, and they shipped me the arms with the wrong ball joint holes on the lowers. They are also alot more money then the ART arms.

I was told by a reliable source at CPP that the upper arms are longer than factory (I beleive it was between .25" and .5") to help with the camber issues when lowering the factory suspension.

Re: CPP tubular control arms. Who's got them?
Thanks Nate. I didn't know if the ART upper arms would work with a coil spring front suspension,... that's why I went with CPP. (I don't have to worry about ordering from them again) I should have called you and purchased the ART arms.

Re: CPP tubular control arms. Who's got them?
Hey Y2K., i had a bunch of problems with C.P.P. when i ordered all the T.C.I stuff for my 62 nova. They sent the wrong upper & lower control arm's , the wrong master cyl. and booster and i was missing the 4 link bar's for the back! So i had to wait 2 more weeks with the whole car torn apart!! I wasn't to happy after spending $ 4500.00 with them !!! I got the old truck today, they picked it up in AZ. and i got it in 3 day's ! (alot better service than C.P.P!!!) ...Crawdad...

Crawdad,...You know you can't tell us about getting your truck without pics. I'll go look for your post in the projects section,...
