Heater core in 55 1st series
Looks like the old round heater core is pretty shot and can't find a new one.
I did find one person to rebuild......for $375!!! wow. Should I just go with a newer system? My wife would sure like to keep the round cover as she really remembers that from the one they had when she was little. Anybody got any advice? Marc

I know you can get it done cheaper.
Become a paid subscriber here. Then you can post a wanted ad. That stuff is not that uncommon really. Tons of knowledge here too. The $25 subscription fee might save you $100's
