Wood floor

Does anyone know if many 76's had wood floors in their beds. Also was it an option or standard on some models and what was the last year for it?

Re: Wood floor

Welcome Sierra4x4! I'm going to move this to the 73-87 message board. I think you'll get a better response there.

Is it a fleet side or a stepside? All steppers had wood beds all the way through. I'm not sure how long a wood bed was an option the fleet sides I don't think it went up until 87 though I'm not sure. Jeff or Chris will probably be able to answer this. I've never seen a fleet side with a wood bed I know they exist I've just never seen one in person.

Re: Wood floor

My uncle had a 76 shortbed/stepside 4X4 until recently. It had a wood floor in the bed.

Re: Wood floor

Wood floors were offered in all trucks except shortbed fleetsides. Steppers had it thru 87, fleets stopped sometime in the late 70s, 1980 perhaps.
