Look over at www.***************** at their wiring and plumbing diagrams. That will help a bunch.
You really should use 8 valves total. Four fill valves and four dump valves. Also use the search feature in the suspension section. There is a ton of info here.

Re: What else do i need to complete my bags?
using 3/8's line on 1/2 valves seems to be a wast of the valves capabilities.
what kind of comp do you have? viairs have built in check valves on the leader hose. check valves before the valve arent necessary but good to have. you could mount everything on the tank for easy access. if thats so, you need 8 1/2-1/2 npt nipples(4 for tank to valves; 4 for fill valve to t) 4 1/2 npt street t's 8 1/2npt to 3/8 tube fittings (4 for t to line; 4 for line to bags) note that you may need 90 fittings on the bags. youll need one port for the comp. and one for the pressure switch. if you have a bottom port, thats your drain. the last one is plugged. Ed nailed most of the stuff on the head, better than I would have haha. I would honestly check out a vendor who does complete kits, and just look at what you don't have and use that as a guide for what you need. Try thebagshack also, if you talk to devon, he'll get some good deals on fitting kits and just the bare stuff you need. |

A FB (front/back) switch system is fine. (I personally, could care less about side-to-side action)
You need to have individual air pressure going to each bag. Using a "Tee" between the 2 front bags and the 2 rear bags will cause the air to transfer between the bags. That isn't the good.

The least you can do is a 6 valve set up. This is right off of www.*****************. You can also do an 8 valve set up. Here's both plumbing versions.
Look around over there. There are also wiring diagrams that shows how to wire the switches.

Re: What else do i need to complete my bags?
8 valve.
69Rob,... You can run a single line to each tank,... but you have to have a way to fill it,... and then dump the air. That's where the 8 valves come in. You'd have a better ride if you just ran 4 lines and filled them through schrader valves. Then when you get the cash,... hook your tank and compressor back up using 8 valves. You can go to a system like AirRide Technologies air management system,... but that's even more money. (but a great product!)
