Seats?

My '66 Burb has the panel-style 75/25 split bench up front, and nothing behind it. I'm looking to have seating for five people eventually (three up front, two behind).

Probably keep the stock seat and rebuild it, though I'm not totally sure what I want to do. It's got a metal backing plate, so perhaps I'll cut down the 75% portion and use it for a rear. The metal would make a nice durable headboard in my cargo area.

Whatever I do, I'm interested in low-buck options, and definitely want to keep benches with a stock feel. CL here in PDX is lousy with seats from Astros, 67-72 trucks, etc...

Anyone out there swap anything in? What worked? Anything with built in belts? Just looking to get some ideas rolling. As always, pictures help!

Yukon seats are definitely a cool idea (not to mention a clean install) but not the look I'm after. My truck is an unrestored ex-State of California rig, and the interior shows a nice history of work and use, without being beat all to hell. I'm thinking of finding another seat like my front, recovering it, and using old-style four-point harnesses. I'm looking for a cross between resto-custom and stripped-down traditional.

However, a buddy has an upholstery machine, so I may yet recover something else.

Yeah, for the most part. I like the simplicity and the history, plus the truck is a daily driver for me, my dog, and often several surfers. I swing a hammer on the side, and will be shaping surfboards this spring. To say the least, the interior gets used, mostly hauling tools, parts, dirty humans, etc.

I'm shooting for something easy to clean up. Going to Rhino the front floors, and refinish the oak--pretty much keep it all truck.
