700R4 to 350

I'm looking at getting a used 700R4 for my 64. The motor is a 350 out of a 77 Burb. The 700R4 is out of a 87 S10 that was hooked up to a 2.8L. Does anyone know if there will be any problems bolting it up. I guess it would probably be better for me to get on s10 forum. But thanks for the help if yall know!

Re: 700R4 to 350

60 degree V6 has a completely different bellhousing mount pattern. It will not work. You will need one out of either a V8 powered vehicle, or one that came with a 90 degree V6 (4.3).
