Hey Ryan, looks good. Hard to see the shifter in the pics, but I get the idea. I really like those wheels.

i have the base for the shifter, but i haven't had time to trim it to fit the floorboard yet, and i don't have the back up lights wired up yet either. basically all it does right now is shift.

Pheonix - i did get all the parts with the shifter minus a couple bolts, which was no biggie since i've got a big can of misc. ones.

thanks for compliments everyone, i have been asked about eh color so many times. here is what i know. the previuos owner painted it in his garage and he said it was a 1999 cadilac color. i can see if i can locate his number when i go back to dallas in a couple of weeks and ask if he knows the code

Lookin good bro. I guess a console is next on the list huh?

You know you have to run wires for the neutral safety switch, and shifter dial, as well as the back up light, right? How do you like the shifter? Nice ain't it?

Sharp truck too.

Hey Ryan, were you still interested in those peep mirrors? I forgot about them until looking @ these pics, so I went up into the attic & dug them out. No scratches & still in the ziplock bag from when I got them.

you can run 275's with a 5/7 but you can't tuck them without rubbing. i could run a 355 on the front if it was short enough these tires are 25.7 inch tall and leave about 1 inch of wheel gap in the front. if i put taller ones on that tucked it would rub like mad. i think i'm gonna hang on to the stockers for awhile just in case

scoti i am still interested in the mirrors. i'll be back in dfw on the 21st so we can mabey hook up then.

I agree, I love that color. I'm still contemplating on what color to paint mine when the time comes. Got plenty of time though. I have always liked the indigo blue put on many late model chevy trucks. I think that's what I'm going with. However, my Santa Fe yellow is not a common color so I'm considering that too. But, the first time I saw Ryan's truck I thought, man that's an awesome color and I need to paint my truck like that!

as they sit right now i got about 3/4 inch gap between wheel and fender edge horizontaly. if i push them out any furether i think it would rub under hard conering, due to body roll. so i'll just leave as is.

thanks for the compliments every one, you guys sure do know how to boost someones confidence
