Stock rearend
I did some checking but can't figure it out. What rear end was the most likely to come in my 60? Looks like a cover for a D44? But I'm not sure, I want to throw mine up on CL because I've got my new 12 bolt that needs to go in and I don't have any room to keep it around. Thanks guys

Re: Stock rearend
If your GMC has leafs in the rear, it is a Dana 44.

Re: Stock rearend
A Dana 44 was an optional rear for GMC's 60-62. I used to have one also. I found it in a '60 GMC and put it in a '62 chevy.
