poly motor mounts ?
do the typical Chevy poly motor mounts work on an 80's chevy truck? I am looking at prothane 'short' mounts, PRT 7-504 for my 81.
I think i have my pinion angle and rear suspension issue solved, but it was brought up to me that the stock column(that I'm keeping), can be putting a lot of undue stress on the tranny case, so I figure I had better start limiting the movement of the engine & tranny. thanx ,crossy

Re: poly motor mounts ?
I use poly graphite bushings on my 83. They work great. The motor hardly tilts. The tranny bushing is the same. I upgraded to a two bolt bushing.

Re: poly motor mounts ?
I'm using Energy Suspension mounts on mine. They are inserts that fit into the stock clamshells.
