s-10 frame swap question

Raining today, so my shop (patch of grass under tree) is a little wet, no sense trying to install the starter on my project. However, in addition to my 55 2nd series, I have a complete and running 4.3 2wd 95 S-10 reg cab short bed ( baby, owned since 95 and I have put 170k on her. runs as good as new). How much will be required to drop the body of the 55 on this frame. I assume I will need to cut and lengthen frame in back, wheel spacers, some fabrication of brackets to support cab. How many other "major" issues will I need to deal with.

Not scared of any welding or metal fab, have access to a very well equipped metal shop

BTW, I love this site. new member, and the info is great
