Question 1973 wiring help

I installed a 1977 350 with hei and a 400 turbo into a 73 C10 a 2wd with gauges. IThe 73 had a cut up harness. I followed the wiring diagram but get no power to the starter solinod. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.from donwtown Rockvale,Tn

make sure the neutral switch on the colmun is wired up (and working) if it is auto. im building a 74 if you need to compare notes.
