Flexplate BOLTS???

Do I have to use specific bolts that they sell at Autozone to for the flexplate? Or cab I just go and buy bolts and use them? I bought bolts from autozone specifically for the flezplate for $12.00. I thinks that alot just for 6 bolts. Anything special about the bolts?

Re: Flexplate BOLTS???

Yup you should use them they are a grade 8 bolt with a high shear strength. Also if they are not already coated you must use some locktite.
