Question What front shocks are you running on your bagged 60-66

I'm looking to upgrade, I am running a stock shock can't remember what the application was. I'm sure it's just the 17 dollar autozone shock. Curious as to what the other guys on here are using and why.

do a quick search in the 66 to 70 board we are talking about the monroes over there ....not sure but the shock lengths and stuf are posted...

short version not sure if it will work for you but a couple quick measurments and you'll know

The shocks are Monroe part number 5752, the application is a 1950 Chrysler, the closed length is 8.63 and fully open is 12.74. They have 4.13 inches of travel.

You can also run rear Vette shocks...those are pretty short, and are eye to eye...

I use Doetsch Tech shocks.......they always smooth out my ride and have performance valving with reduction in rebound. I've used them on about 3 trucks now and I stick with them.

Air Ride Technologies supplies the Monroe 33033 in their kits.

32207 in the rear.
