Probably only 1/2 way back up on the second fill. The other thing you need to think about is recovery time- if you add more air reserve you might need more compressors.

I can get two complete cycles from two 3 gallon tanks. I am thinking you should get rid of the 2 gallon and add another 3 gallon.

Re: 3 gal front 2 gal rear enough??
With the PB DM, and its outboard mounting of the bags, I'm thinking pressure is the issue more than volume. I've got 2 x 3 gallon tanks and a 145# pressure switch, and it takes all of that air to get the truck lifted from the ground to a low ride height. Someone had suggested switching out my Firestone 2600's for some RE-7's, but that didn't change anything that I could tell... other than that a board member got a good deal on some lightly used 2600's.

Re: 3 gal front 2 gal rear enough??
I like to set up air suspensions with at least a 7 gallon tank & a Viair 380 dual pack at 200 psi. I prefer on a full size car or truck to set them up with 8.5 gallon tanks & a Viair 480 dual pack at 200 psi.
