hey there all, ill start this off sayin im a ford guy at heart, but have a few chevy's and they've never left me stranded either, but neways, i just picked up a 77 3+3 camper special 454, its a beauty truck with 26,000 original miles, i got it from my grandfather when he passed away, he bought it brand new in 77 and blew up the motor in 79, had a replacement put in, and never drove it agian.. i love this truck as its like brand new and has lots of sentimental value to me....anyways i wanted to share my story and my truck with you guys
thanx-matt

and to the board from SC.

I would throw a tune upon it along with some new gas, and oil change. and run it. That thing isnt even broke in so .....get out and drive it......poor truck wants to run...I liked the Video but, you should shorten that down....you have way to much dead time.......but thanks for sharing

Welcome to the board. Great looking truck. You will learn to love these squares. I lost my Grandpa Feb 1. I am building my truck in memory of him. Good luck with the build of your Grandpa's old truck.

sorry to hear of your loss, it sure is niice to have something like this, i always wanted this truck, but he would never let it go, and now that its mine i shall make it in the beauty that it was when it came from the factory....best part about it is that me, my brother, my dad and my mom all travelled in a 82 3+3 454, and i still have it too, only 99,967KMS on it.. so ill have the two 454 3+3 chevs to remember them by.
