1989 caprice 350 TBI system worth?? Police package

I have an 89 caprice 350 police package (9C1 option). What would the TBI system complete (not the engine, just the TB, intake, sensors, harness, cpu and what ever else is needed to convert) worth?

thanks

does it have the yellow & brown paint on the tops of the injectors? (i think that's the right color combo)

I will have to check. It is a 9C1 for sure. Will the color combo you mention equate to a higher value than a different color combo?

thanks

yes, it will tell if they are the true police car injectors - most people that build higher hp tbi motors use those injectors or the 454 (74#/hr). the stock truck tbi 5.7L injectors are orange black(very common), the 454 are blue/red (very rare). I sold a used set of 454 injectors on eBay for $75 bucks within a couple hours after I listed them. I should have put a higher 'buy it now' price! I think the cop car injectors are rated at like 60something #/hr. I wish I could tell you a dollar amount for the whole setup. You may poke around on www.fullsizechevy.com - most of the guys over there are more tbi/fuel injection savvy, and may offer more insight.
