I can't say for certain on those, but considering they are Camaro headers, there may be fitment issues with installing them in a truck. If you're concerned with ground clearance take a look at Hedman's #69230. They are intended for a truck but from the installed pics I've seen they don't hang below the frame much if any.

I am pretty sure it makes no difference in answering your question, but I tried to run them on my 78, and the passenger side interfered with the firewall..

Those look similar to the generics that are sold on ebay for chevells. The first tube on the drivers side hits the motor mount tower if using factory towers. If your handy with a welder you can make the tower work. The passenger side is close to the frame rail but does clear.
