Rebuilding the Redneck mobile
Started tearing the truck down today going to start by sand blasting the frame and cab and paint it with some por 15 hopefully get the engine pulled this weekend if it aint to wet.

You're making good progress, keep us updated. Do you have a different drivetrain planned? I see someone hacked a hole in the firewall on the drivers side. Was there something in there?

thanks. yeah i was the dumbass that put that hole there at 15 it seemed like a good idea not so much now. on the drivetrain im going to reuse the engine but put my tbi back on it it ran alot better. the trans is a th350 but its shot so going to replace it. I want to go with a 4 or 5 speed std but not sure if i want to go through all that trouble to swith it back.

Well i have decided to take a diff route in this project i got a 4 speed granny trans and a 1ton suspension from joe231. so its going to be a 1ton shortbed dually when im done.
