Help!!!

I need help! My mom is giving me 2 weeks to get my 87 S-10 Blazer running and out of the garage or she said that she is going to sell it!!! and i dont know why it wont start b/c i have power to the starter.. But there isnt a click when i turn the key... anyone with any ideas please post and help me out!!

just because the starter is only a year old doesnt mean it's still good ... i have bought new starters and get them home and they not work ....

it takes a few minutes for the chat room to come up . If you scroll down there is a spot that says if the chat...doesnt show up click here . Then a box will appear to download the java client. It takes a few moments to work

yeah i know but she will go and sell it for like 700 or something like that. with it running i could get like at least 2500 out of it or maybe even more

You'll need to drop the starter and test it.
You can try to turn the engine over by hand by putting a large socket on the nut on the crank pully and try to turn it clock wise with a breaker bar. This will tell you if the engine is locked up.
When did it stop running and what did it do.
Also, is the truck in your name?

Ummm, then she can't sell it.
Go out and drop the starter before it gets colder, then run it to auto zone or any other parts place that advertises free testing.
If it is good, then we will look further, if it is bad, then you get to see if your warrante is good.
If you didn't get a warantee, get one this time.
