Help with tire size on MII kit on '59

I'm setting up my frame to weld in a TCI MII kit. It asks that you get your frame parallel to the ground which would require you to know what size tire you'll be using.

I haven't even thought that far down the road and don't know what fits or what others usually use.

What I do know: It's a fleetside and I want 17" wheels. What size 17's are most people using in the front?
